In order to purchase with electriibe you must be over 18 years old. electriibe has the right to deny any request made by the purchaser. If your order is accepted we will send you an email of the purchase order, when making that purchase you must add an email address and we will confirm the identity of the business, whom you have purchased from. This will be an email sent from our business email.

Electric scooters are not to be used on roadways that are not applicable to local, state, and federal laws. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that your e-scooter is operated following these laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds electriibe, and the company's owner free from any liability caused by their use.
