First and foremost, I want to wish you and your families a very happy and healthy holiday season. This has been an incredibly exciting year of new beginnings, and as a small business opening during these trying times, I cannot thank you all enough for choosing electriibe. Opening a business during the covid crisis has been both challenging and frightening, but being able to put a smile on my customer's faces is what makes it all worth it.
With that being said, here are a few updates on orders this week. Our supplier, Razor USA, is taking this week to do inventory and will not be shipping out any orders until the new year (1/4/22). Any orders made this week will be processed on our end and sent to our supplier, but Razor will not resume regular operational hours until Tuesday, 12/4/21. They run on a first in first out system, so any orders placed on our website have been sent out as quickly as possible. As soon as I receive your tracking information for these orders, I will send them directly to you.
